Fashion week is full of moments, and the Nensi Dojaka SS23 show was certainly one of them. The internet is obsessed with the London designer’s sexy sophisticated (and often sheer!) pieces, putting the LVMH prize-winner at the top of our ‘to buy’ list.

With barely any fabric, it made sense that the beauty look was minimalistic in equal measure. Directed by Lucia Pica, the former Chanel lead artist – who is now the head makeup designer for Byredo – used the brand’s just-launched Vinyl Liquid Lipstick to create the glossy, gleamy, glassy skin of dreams.

While it is a lip product, the high shine finish has us thinking the clear shade was used all over the face, most notably on the lips and lids. The finished look was so dewy it almost looked damp: basically the fresh, clean, hydrated skin we dream of.

Hair was equally slick, scraped back off the face using plenty of wet look gel by revered stylist Cynthia Harvey. It felt almost post-swim, exactly the same low-key sexy vibe that Dojaka’s designs are loved for.

Let’s also not forget the nails: chrome tips with tiny pearls, and baby black hearts, as designed by Ama Quashie. Case in point that metallic digits are here to stay, and minimalist nail art will reign supreme.
