Natalie Imbruglia put on an animated display as she took to the stage at CarFest North in Cheshire on Sunday.

The singer, 47, wore a black short-sleeved top with an eye-catching pattern of red lipsticks across it.

Pop star Natalie donned a tiered black mesh skirt which finished just above her knee while she cinched in her waist with a large black belt with a metal buckle.

The Australian star accessorised with a chunky silver chain necklace and opted for a glamorous palette of make-up.

Her body art was visible on her arms as she performed her hits for her fans.  

Natalie previously revealed her 'less is more' beauty routine involves drinking plenty of water, wearing SPF sunscreen and taking her makeup off every night.

The Torn singer told Kate Waterhouse's blog that she likes to wear a tinted moisturiser with SPF rather than foundation. 

'You don't necessarily have to wear a foundation these days,' she said. 'With tinted moisturiser you're getting a really good SPF and a lighter coverage.'  

Natalie, who kickstarted her career on the Australian soap Neighbours in the '90s, has her own skincare range called Iluka.

She previously told Beauty Heaven: 'I know I have my skincare line now, but I think you should drink a lot of water, get plenty of sleep, and exercise.

'Combined with a really good skincare routine, these are the best things you can do for your skin.'
